 Okpoko Building Collapse: Ojukwu Condemns Illegal Structure, Orders Demolition ‎ ‎By Chukwuka Ugokwe ‎ ‎The Anambra State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Bar. Chijioke Ojukwu, has on Oct 8, described the collapse of a three-storey building under construction in Okpoko, Ogbaru Local Government Area, as unfortunate. ‎ ‎The incident, which occurred in the Anata Anaba area of the town, claimed the lives of a middle-aged woman and her 14-year-old daughter, amid allegations that warnings about the safety of the building had been ignored. ‎ ‎The victims, identified as Happiness Ugoagu and her daughter, Chikaima, were reportedly asleep in their bedroom when the building collapsed onto their residence. ‎ ‎Ojukwu, who visited the scene alongside officials of the ministry, alleged that substandard materials had been used in the construction. Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has opened up about her current dating and marital opportunities.

The mother of one shared that she is at a point in her life where her eligible suitors are either in their 50s or married.

Featuring in a recent episode of the American podcast, Air Service, Savage stated that her current reality has made her open to being a second wife.

“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they are either in their 50s or already married. So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife. I think so. I could be a second wife,” she said.

Tiwa Savage assured that as a second wife, she wouldn’t be troublesome to her co-wife, stressing that she is respectful and would be focused on work.

“I think I can go along with the first wife and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome. I’m going to be going on tours, I’m not really going to stress you. I’m very respectful, I know that you are the first wife and would accord you that respect,” she added.

Tiwa Savage was married to music executive Tunji Balogun aka TBillz between 2013 and 2018. The couple has a son together.

Both parties accused each other of infidelity after their marriage ended.
