 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  LSDPC SIGNS LANDMARK JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH MEH REPORTAGE


The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has officially signed a joint venture agreement with the Middle East Harvesters (MEH REPORTAGE) for the development of a world-class hotel and residential complex strategically located at the corner piece of Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos.


The project, which stands as a major milestone in LSDPC’s urban development drive, will feature a 28-floor structure comprising 592 units that include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside conference facilities and retail spaces designed to enhance both residential comfort and commercial vibrancy.


At the meeting, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LSDPC, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, expressed his delight at the realization of the partnership, describing the project as a once in a lifetime opportunity. He noted that the initiative reflects the Corporation’s vision to create transformative developments that will redefine urban living standards in Lagos.


The partnership with MEH REPORTAGE marks a significant step forward in the Corporation’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-value real estate developments across Lagos State.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
