 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Cry and wailings as Ndi Igbo in Ladipo market fall victim to Ponzi scam and 419 scheme.


A company claiming to be affiliated to Swiss Stock Exchange has reported vanished after operating a high-yield investment scheme in Ladipo, Lagos, for just two months. 


The firm promised investors a 50% return in seven days offering that is for every ₦1million you invest you get ₦1.5 million in 7 days.


The company aggressively marketed its offer in Ladipo, targeting traders and business owners. Several individuals reportedly invested large sums, including ₦1.5 million, ₦3 million, ₦5 million, and even ₦60 million.


As of today, the company has allegedly disappeared, leaving investors devastated and demanding answers.


One trader shared, “They’ve been walking around convincing people, but I paid deaf ears. Now people are crying and running mad."
