 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. S. A: TWO ARRESTED FOR DRUG DEALING AT NKOWA-NKOWA CBD. (PHOTOS).


 Two Arrested for Drug Dealing at Nkowa-Nkowa CBD


Police have arrested two male suspects for possession and dealing in drugs during an intelligence-driven operation conducted at the Nkowa-Nkowa Central Business District (CBD).


A 20-year-old suspect was first spotted at a local taxi rank and searched. He was found in possession of 25 sachets of Crystal Meth and 16 sachets of Nyaope, with an estimated street value of R2,000.


During further investigation, police arrested a 25-year-old man who was also found dealing in drugs. He was searched and found in possession of four sachets of Crystal Meth, leading to his immediate arrest.


Police later proceeded to the 25-year-old suspect’s residence at Nkomaneng Village, where they discovered his room was being used as a drug storage site. Substances including dagga, Nyaope, Crystal Meth, Rock drugs, 60 smoking pipes, and cash with an estimated street value of R4,000 were confiscated.


Both suspects are expected to appear before the Ritavi Magistrate’s Court soon to face charges of possession and dealing in drugs.
