 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. David “Heavy D” Sparks, one of the stars of The Diesel Brothers, was arrested following a bench warrant issued on October 2.

The arrest stems from unpaid fees related to a Clean Air Act lawsuit filed by Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment. Sparks, 40, reportedly owes $843,602.23 in court-ordered costs that have gone unpaid over more than three years. He was booked on Tuesday morning at Salt Lake City Jail at 7:33 a.m.

Sparks, along with his co-star David “Diesel Dave” Kiley, first gained attention after being featured by car enthusiast Jay Leno, who discovered them through their YouTube videos. Since then, the duo has worked with high-profile figures including Ye, Jake and Logan Paul, and even hosted Marshawn Lynch, who took part in monster truck stunts and car crushes on their show.
