 LAGOS LISTED AMONG TOP SEVEN ART DESTINATIONS IN THE WORLD TO VISIT IN 2026 - REPORT   Lagos has been named as one of the seven art destinations to visit in 2026 by Artsy, the leading global online Art Marketplace.  The city was described as "a banner biennale in West Africa’s preeminent art capital." According to an article titled "7 Art Destinations to Visit in 2026" published in artsy.net by Maxwell Rabb on January 8, Lagos is one of the "seven spots—from marquee art events to rising scenes—that are worth adding to an art-inspired travel itinerary in 2026."   The seven destinations picked by the leading global online Art Marketplace are Venice, Italy; Doha, Qatar; Sydney, Australia; Bangkok, Thailand; Lagos, Nigeria; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Malta.    Artsy disclosed that "Lagos is rapidly becoming the commercial and creative engine of African contemporary art, and this momentum will continue in 2026."  Those who parade fake certificates and those who do Okiete both have the same effects on our youths, they are discouraging and destroying our youths from working hard- Prof Chukwuma Soludo 


The governor also stated that the reason why he keeps talking about the academic qualifications and certificates of the those contesting for the forthcoming Anambra Election is as follows 


(1)As a citizen of Anambra he has the right know and question the academic qualifications of those who wants to rule the state 


(2) Contesting for the Governorship position in a state like Anambra with fake certificates and failed results, will only be discouraging the young ones from working hard.


(3) He wants to alert anybody that wants to contest for political position subsequently in Anambra, especially the governorship position, that his her or her qualifications will be highly scrutinized.


The governor further clarified that he is not mocking or insulting the people involved, but rather he is saying all these things because desires the progress of the state.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
