 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings.  TRINITY COLLEGE ONITSHA WINS NATIONAL GIRLS STEM COMPETITION!


Trinity College, located at the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity Onitsha, has emerged winners of the jist concluded National Girls "Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics" (STEM) competition summit and exhibition held in Abuja. 


This competition is committed to fostering gender equality, inclusion, and diversity within and through the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).


Following the widespread news of this victory, the Archbishop of Onitsha archdiocese, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke, sent his heartfelt congratulations to the students and their mentors and in all, thanked God Almighty for His enabling grace.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
