 PRESS RELEASE OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS MASS ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AT FGGC MONGUNO Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with personnel of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL), successfully foiled an attempted mass abduction by ISWAP terrorists at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Monguno, at about 0130 hours (1:30 a.m.) on 19 July 2026. The FGGC facility is currently being utilized by the Borno State Government as temporary hostel accommodation for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Monguno. The terrorists reportedly gained access to the facility with the assistance of suspected collaborators in an attempt to abduct students. Alert security personnel immediately engaged the terrorists with coordinated and overwhelming firepower, effectively stalling their advance with Sector 3 Quick Reaction Force (QRF) immediately reinforcing the school. Celebrity barman and socialite, Okechukwu Pascal, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest, has stirred controversy online after mocking Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy while praising superstar Davido.

The nightlife mogul made the remarks following his appearance at Davido’s sold-out show at the Uyo Stadium in Akwa Ibom State.

In a celebratory post shared on Instagram, Cubana Chiefpriest expressed gratitude to Davido for allowing him to perform on stage and went on to hail the singer as the undisputed pioneer of Afrobeats.

“Chief Priest Don Do Stadium. Dem sabi my gbedu well well for Uyo. From today onwards, Akwa Ibom has my fat heart. @davido without you Afrobeats is a bastard. 001 for a reason, the Papa of Afrobeats,” he wrote.

However, drama escalated when a fan referenced Burna Boy in the comments, prompting a sharp response from Chiefpriest.

Reacting to the comment, he wrote: “The bingo go cry.”
