Mexico says two US federal agents killed in crash were not authorized for operations inside country  Mexico’s government says two U.S. federal agents killed in a northern border-region crash were not authorized to take part in any operations on Mexican soil, raising new questions about their role in a cross-border drug lab mission. Authorities say the agents were returning from an operation targeting a clandestine drug facility in Chihuahua when their vehicle, traveling as part of a convoy, went off a ravine and exploded last weekend. Two Mexican officers also died in the incident. U.S. officials have confirmed the two Americans were CIA personnel, though their agency has declined to comment on the circumstances.  ABIA YOUTHS DISARM 30 ARMED HERDSMEN, CHASE ATTACKERS OUT OF FOREST

28th November, 2025

A dramatic confrontation unfolded in Abia State as local youths overpowered more than 30 heavily armed attackers who had invaded a forest community. The assailants, believed to be Fulani militants, reportedly stormed the area with AK-47 rifles and explosives but were met by a united front of determined young residents.

Despite having no firearms, the youths banded together, advanced toward the intruders, and eventually forced them to flee. In the chaos, the attackers dropped several of their weapons, which the youths later recovered.

Witnesses said the turning point came when the invaders realized the community was standing as one. Their confidence quickly faded.

One of the youths involved summed it up with striking clarity: “We don’t need guns to defend our land. Our unity and spirit are stronger than their bullets.”

Another added, “Anyone who tries to terrorize us in Abia forest will encounter the same fate. We are fearless. This is our home.”

Local residents have hailed the youths as heroes, praising their courage and solidarity in the face of danger. Authorities are expected to investigate the incident and recover the seized weapons.

For now, the community is celebrating a rare victory a reminder that collective resolve can sometimes outmatch even the most intimidating firepower.
