 Unknown individuals looted palliatives at our Owerri rally – City Boy Movement An empowerment programme organised by the City Boy Movement, a support group for President Bola Tinubu, descended into disorder on Saturday when a large crowd surged forward and looted items intended for distribution to beneficiaries across Nigeria's South-East region. The event, held at Heroes Square in Owerri, marked the official launch of the Renewed Hope National Tour and the City Boy Movement South-East Youth Tour and Empowerment Programme on March 14, 2026. It aimed to provide support to young people, market traders, and vulnerable individuals from Abia, Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi, and Enugu states. AN 8-YEAR-OLD FLORIDA GIRL WAS FORCED TO STAB HER GRANDMOTHER TO SAVE HER MOTHER'S LIFE.(PHOTO)

 An 8-year-old Florida girl was forced to stab her grandmother to save her mother's life.


This awful incident occurred in Oakleaf, Florida, on Monday, November 17th.


According to authorities, they received a call about a disturbance.  In the call, the victim can be heard yelling for someone to leave her home.


That someone ended up being the caller's estranged mother, Sepril Adams. 


Sepril had entered her estranged daughter's home and attempted to carry out a vicious attack on her own daughter with a serated blade.


Thankfully, the victim's 8-year-old daughter had her mother's back. As the victim struggled to keep herself from being attacked with the knife, her daughter grabbed a knife from their kitchen. She was forced to stab her own grandmother in the upper arm.


This was enough to cause Sepril to run from the home and speed away in her car.


Jacksonville County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Sepril Adams later that day at a home in Jacksonville. She is being charged with attempted second-degree homicide.


Thankfully, neither the mother nor her brave daughter were injured in the incident.
