 Okpoko Building Collapse: Ojukwu Condemns Illegal Structure, Orders Demolition ‎ ‎By Chukwuka Ugokwe ‎ ‎The Anambra State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Bar. Chijioke Ojukwu, has on Oct 8, described the collapse of a three-storey building under construction in Okpoko, Ogbaru Local Government Area, as unfortunate. ‎ ‎The incident, which occurred in the Anata Anaba area of the town, claimed the lives of a middle-aged woman and her 14-year-old daughter, amid allegations that warnings about the safety of the building had been ignored. ‎ ‎The victims, identified as Happiness Ugoagu and her daughter, Chikaima, were reportedly asleep in their bedroom when the building collapsed onto their residence. ‎ ‎Ojukwu, who visited the scene alongside officials of the ministry, alleged that substandard materials had been used in the construction. AN 8-YEAR-OLD FLORIDA GIRL WAS FORCED TO STAB HER GRANDMOTHER TO SAVE HER MOTHER'S LIFE.(PHOTO)

 An 8-year-old Florida girl was forced to stab her grandmother to save her mother's life.


This awful incident occurred in Oakleaf, Florida, on Monday, November 17th.


According to authorities, they received a call about a disturbance.  In the call, the victim can be heard yelling for someone to leave her home.


That someone ended up being the caller's estranged mother, Sepril Adams. 


Sepril had entered her estranged daughter's home and attempted to carry out a vicious attack on her own daughter with a serated blade.


Thankfully, the victim's 8-year-old daughter had her mother's back. As the victim struggled to keep herself from being attacked with the knife, her daughter grabbed a knife from their kitchen. She was forced to stab her own grandmother in the upper arm.


This was enough to cause Sepril to run from the home and speed away in her car.


Jacksonville County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Sepril Adams later that day at a home in Jacksonville. She is being charged with attempted second-degree homicide.


Thankfully, neither the mother nor her brave daughter were injured in the incident.
