 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  AU Commission  Congratulates Ouattara on Re-Election in Côte d’Ivoire


The African Union Commission congratulates President Alassane Ouattara on his re-election following the announcement of results in Côte d’Ivoire’s presidential election.


In a statement, the Chairperson of the Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf praises the Ivorian people for their participation in the electoral process and commends national institutions for ensuring a smooth vote. 


He urged all political and social stakeholders to sustain efforts toward peace, dialogue, and national unity.


The African Union Commission reaffirms its commitment to supporting Côte d’Ivoire in strengthening democratic governance, stability, and sustainable development.


Youssouf also recognised Côte d’Ivoire’s ongoing role in regional peace and security initiatives, pledging continued partnership with Ivorian authorities to foster a stable and prosperous region.
