 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Cardi B celebrates birth of fourth child, first with Stefon Diggs 

Cardi B has welcomed her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, a representative confirmed Thursday. The 33-year-old Grammy-winning rapper shared the news on Instagram alongside a video of her lip-syncing to “Hello” from her recently released album, Am I the Drama?.

In her post, Cardi B reflected on her personal and professional growth, writing, “My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season… I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me… This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds… I’ve learned I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become!” She also shared in her Instagram Stories that the baby is a boy, though further details were not immediately available.

The birth follows Cardi B’s pregnancy announcement in September during a CBS Mornings appearance. At the time, she described feeling strong and empowered while balancing work and motherhood. Cardi B shares three children with her estranged husband, Offset, and said in the interview that she was initially hesitant to start a new relationship. She credited Diggs with providing stability, saying, “He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong.” Cardi B is preparing for her first arena tour, Little Miss Drama, set to launch in February, while continuing to promote her new album.
