 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Rt Hon Dr Chukwuma Pius Okoye, Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, has expressed strong appreciation and support following today’s plenary session, where His Excellency, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, presented the 2026 Appropriation Bill themed Changing Gear 3.0, Solution Continues.


In his address, the Deputy Speaker described the budget presentation as a clear demonstration of renewed commitment to progress, accountability, and purposeful development for Anambra State. He commended Governor Soludo for consistently placing the welfare of Ndi Anambra at the forefront of his leadership, noting that the Governor’s achievements across the state continue to speak for themselves and strengthen public confidence.


Rt Hon Okoye remarked that the vision embedded in the 2026 budget offers hope for deeper transformation in the coming year. He highlighted that under the Governor’s guidance, Anambra is advancing steadily with clear direction, measurable results, and policies driven by dedication, innovation, and sincerity.


According to him, the 2026 budget signals stronger momentum for the Solution agenda and reinforces the state’s path toward sustained growth and renewed optimism.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
