The reality star and her boyfriend have not responded to the lawsuit. Us Weekly was the first to report on the eviction.

Page six has reached out to a contact for Thornton but did not immediately receive a response.

On Wednesday, the “Real Housewives of Potomac” alum was arrested at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport after law enforcement was called to the Customs and Border Protection office where they were informed of a wanted person.

According to a police report obtained CBS News, Thornton is accused of stealing $11,000 worth of furniture from the same condo that she failed to pay rent.

The condo’s manager claimed in the report that Thornton abruptly “moved out of the unit in the middle of the night” without notice on Oct. 28.
