Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case.  Fourth death reported at Walt Disney World in one month

Another death has been reported at Walt Disney World, marking the fourth fatality on the property in the past month.

According to Florida’s Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a woman in her 40s was taken to Celebration Hospital on Sunday, where she was pronounced dead. Authorities say there are no signs of foul play.

This follows three previous deaths at Walt Disney World in recent weeks. On October 14, a 31-year-old woman died by suicide at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. About a week later, a man in his 60s suffered a medical episode and died at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Most recently, a 28-year-old man, Matthew Cohn, died by suicide at the Contemporary Resort.

Separate from Florida, Disneyland in California also reported a death earlier this month when a woman in her 60s was found unresponsive on the Haunted Mansion ride on October 8 and later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Disney has not issued a public comment regarding the latest incident.
