 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Anambra Governorship Election:

INEC Begins Distribution Of Non-Sensitive Materials


Ahead of the Anambra governorship election, the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, has commenced the distribution of non- sensitive materials from the Central Bank of Nigeria  Awka to the 21 local government areas. 

With this task completed, INEC is said to have finished 12 of its processes and is now ready to conduct the election on Saturday, 8th November 2025. 

The distributions were conducted with all stakeholders present under the supervision of the Commissioner of Police for Anambra State, Abayomi Shogunle.
