“No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Angry over the lack of formal grid infrastructure, residents are directing their frustration at the ruling African National Congress (ANC). "We have made a collective decision: no electricity, no vote," said community leader Lesiba Rankapole, 59. "We know it is illegal, but we had no choice because we cannot live without electricity. KIM KARDASHIAN TURNED HEADS IN THE PREMIERE OF HER NEW HULU LEGAL DRAMA ALL'S FAIR, CREATED BY RYAN MURPHY.(PHOTO).

Kim Kardashian turned heads in the premiere of her new Hulu legal drama All's Fair, created by Ryan Murphy.

Playing Allura, a determined divorce lawyer at an all-female firm, she enters the courtroom in a sharp navy blue pinstripe suit featuring a long-sleeve shirt and maroon tie. The standout detail is the skirt's bold dipped back, revealing a matching maroon undergarment.

Styled by Soki Mak using archival inspiration from Dior, Donna Karan, and Jean Paul Gaultier, the outfit mixes professional structure with confident style—think padded shoulders, high slits, and mesh details that highlight bold presence.

Kardashian shared behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, leading to lively online discussions. A popular clip from content creator Bryan Solis, captioned "Kimberly what is this???", drew varied responses: fans praised it as strong and empowering, with one saying, "She’s literally playing the version of herself that she wanna be. A bad ass sexy lawyer." Some wondered if it was planned or unexpected, while others noted the show's striking choices alongside its early reviews.

Co-starring Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, and Niecy Nash-Betts, All's Fair is available to watch now, marking Kardashian's continued bold presence on screen following American Horror Story.
