 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.  MAFS UK Star Devastated After Car Broken Into Outside Her Home


A well-known star from Married at First Sight UK has shared that she’s been left deeply shaken after her car was broken into and badly damaged late at night, right outside her own home.


She described the moment she discovered the incident as overwhelming, saying she was “shaken to my core.” Police and forensics attended the scene to investigate the break-in.


The reality TV personality has spoken openly about how upsetting the experience has been, highlighting the violation of having something so personal targeted on her own doorstep.
