 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Min of Foreign Affairs Meets UK Foreign Secretary to Boost Bilateral Ties


Nigeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs,  Yusuf Tuggar held a  high-level talks with British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper in London.


The Meeting, Yusuf Tuggar said, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries united by historical ties, shared democratic principles, and a mutual vision for greater security and prosperity.


The meeting at the Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development Office focused on actionable steps to enhance collaboration in critical sectors, including trade and investment, security, education, migration, energy transition, and climate action.


Discussions reviewed advances in existing partnerships while exploring fresh avenues to link innovation with real-world outcomes—from increased UK investment in Nigeria's technology and creative industries to coordinated initiatives on renewable energy and regional stability.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
