Wike taking loans for FCT without National Assembly approval – Kingibe alleges The senator representing the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Ireti Kingibe, has alleged that the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has been taking loans for the nation’s capital without the approval of the National Assembly. Kingibe made the allegation on Tuesday during an interview. She was discussing the FCT administration, the Abuja master plan and the oversight responsibilities of the National Assembly. According to her, records from the Debt Management Office, DMO, indicated that loans had been taken for the FCT between August 2023 and March 2026, despite Wike not appearing before the Senate to seek approval for such borrowing. “I am definitely saying Wike has been taking loans without the approval of the National Assembly. “I’m sorry to say, with all due respect to the Senate, of which I’m a member, we’re supposed to oversee him. “We’re supposed to approve, and I have brought to the attention of the leadershi...

 Security Challenges: Federal Government Closes 47 Federal  Unity Colleges


The Federal government has directed the immediate closure of 47 Federal Unity Colleges in some parts of the country. 

A statement by Binta Abdulkadir Director, Senior Secondary Education, Federal Ministry Of Education indicates that the Minister of Education approves the closure due to the recent security challenges in some parts of the country and to prevent any security breaches.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
