  North Korea slams FBI over allegations of being behind Binance hack North Korea has rejected FBI allegations linking it to a reported $6 billion theft from cryptocurrency exchange Binance, with Kim Yo Jong describing the accusation as a "grave political provocation". In a statement carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday, November 3, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un dismissed the allegation as "absurd rhetoric and nothing new". She referred to previous US accusations connecting North Korea to the major attack on cryptocurrency platform Bybit last year. "It is a grave political provocation against the DPRK that the US misleads the international public opinion as if all the cyber crimes in different parts of the world are our deeds," she said, using the abbreviation for North Korea's official name.  SENATE MOVES TO BAN ENLISTMENT OF UNDERAGE IN ARMED FORCES

Senate is in the process of repealing and reenacting the Nigeria's Armed Forces act, Part of which makes provision to prohibit enlistment of persons below 18 years in the military.


This is in alignment with Childs right act and international humanitarian standards.


Other proposals in the bill seek extension of protections and rights to non commissioned officers to boost morale and fairness.


The bill sponsored by Senator Abdulaziz Yaradua also seeks to reinforce the President's constitutional authority as commander in chief, and vests the day to day operational command in the Chief of Defence Staff.


When passed and assented to, qualified military lawyers will be able to represent the Armed forces in civil courts.
