 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  SERVICE CHIEFS REAFFIRM UNITY OF PURPOSE IN STRENGTHENING NATIONAL SECURITY


In a display of cohesive leadership and shared commitment, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, on 10 November 2025, joined the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Olufemi Oluyede and other Service Chiefs on an official visit to the Honourable Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Matawalle. The high-level engagement served as a strategic platform to brief the Minister on ongoing military operations across the country and to deliberate on measures to enhance inter-service collaboration, intelligence sharing, and joint operational effectiveness in addressing Nigeria’s security challenges.


The Honourable Minister commended the Armed Forces for their professionalism and sustained efforts in safeguarding the nation, assuring them of the Ministry’s continued support through resource provision and policy guidance. In response, the Service Chiefs reaffirmed their collective resolve to defend Nigeria’s territorial integrity and ensure enduring peace and stability. The Chief of the Air Staff particularly reiterated the Nigerian Air Force’s commitment to sustaining air superiority and providing decisive support to joint operations across all theatres.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
