 LSPHCB, SCI COLLABORATE TO STRENGTHEN CHILD IMMUNISATION The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) hosted a high-level delegation from Save the Children International (SCI), led by Country Director, Mr. Duncan Harvey, during an official courtesy visit to the board on Thursday, 17th September 2026. The visit comes as part of Save the Children’s global leadership tour in Nigeria to evaluate the impact of the BOOST Project (Better Opportunities for Optimal Services and Targeted Immunisation for Zero-Dose and Under-Immunised Children) and to align on strategic priorities for child health across the state.  Soldier allegedly Ends Relationship At Kaduna ShopRite Over Girlfriend’s Lavish Demands


A soldier has allegedly ended his four-year relationship with his girlfriend at ShopRite in Kaduna, citing what he described as her “unreasonable and excessive financial demands.”


Reports indicate that the soldier had recently celebrated the girlfriend’s birthday with several gifts, including a pre-owned iPhone. However, tensions reportedly escalated when the girlfriend made what he considered extravagant requests on his own birthday, leaving him feeling overwhelmed and unable to keep up with her expectations.


The disagreement is said to have led to an abrupt breakup at the popular shopping mall.
