 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  TRAIN DERAILMENT IN AGBOR LINKED TO VANDALISM; ALL PASSENGERS EVACUATED WITHOUT HURT 


The Nigerian Railway Corporation has confirmed a train derailment at Agbor, along the Warri-Itakpe rail line, on Saturday November 1st, 2025.


According to the NRC Managing Director, Kayode Opeifa, in a statement, preliminary investigations suggest that the derailment may have been caused by suspected track vandalism, and a full investigation is underway to determine the root cause.


All those on board have been safely evacuated, with no injuries or casualties reported.


The NRC has announced a temporary suspension of train services on the corridor to facilitate a comprehensive investigation.


The corporation apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures Nigerians of improved services.


Information available indicates that two of the seven coaches were affected in the incident.
