 NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces.  40-Year-Old Arrested in Lephalale for Alleged Drug Dealing


A 40-year-old foreign national is expected to appear in the Lephalale Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 1 December 2025, on charges of dealing in drugs.


The suspect was arrested during an intelligence-driven operation carried out by members of the Organised Crime Investigation and Narcotics Unit.


According to police, on Friday, 28 November 2025 at around 07:30, officers received information about a man suspected of selling drugs in the Lephalale area. The information was followed up, and during observation, police noticed a vehicle matching the description of the suspect’s car.


When the driver spotted the police, he allegedly sped off. Officers gave chase and managed to stop the vehicle. A search was conducted, and police recovered a plastic bag containing substances believed to be heroin and crystal meth, with an estimated street value of more than R15 000.


The suspect was arrested on the scene. He is scheduled to appear before the Lephalale Magistrate’s Court on Monday to face charges of dealing in drugs.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
