 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. AN ELDERLY TEXAS COUPLE WHO WENT MISSING AFTER VISITING FRIENDS FOR THANKSGIVING WERE FOUND DECEASED IN A PASTURE.(PHOTO).

 An Elderly Texas couple who went missing after visiting friends for Thanksgiving were found deceased in a pasture.


82-year-old Charles "Gary" Lightfoot and his wife Linda Lightfoot, spent their Thanksgiving with friends in the Texas Panhandle. When the couple left at approximately 3:00 p.m. in their silver Toyota Camry, no one could have guessed they would never be seen alive again.


When the couple failed to return to their Lubbock, Texas, home friends and family grew increasingly concerned. Eventually, the two were reported missing, and a Silver Alert was activated. 


Charles and Linda were believed to be in immediate danger due to Charles requiring oxygen and neither one of them having a cellphone.


Friends and family would have their hopes for a safe recovery lifted when license plate readers picked up their vehicle in two different locations in New Mexico.


However, those hopes were crushed when authorities delivered the worst possible news on Tuesday, December 2nd. The bodies of Charles and Linda were sadly discovered near their car in a pasture in a very rural area of New Mexico.


Authorities believe both passed away as a result of hypothermia
