 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  ANXIETY AS BENUE-BORN CLERIC GOES MISSING AFTER KOGI ABDUCTION

Pastor Leefi Ushahemba Emanuel, a Benue-born cleric from Mbaterem in Ukum Local Government Area, has been reportedly kidnapped in Kogi State.


The abduction was said to have occurred on Friday, December 26, 2025, under circumstances that remain unclear. As at the time of filing this report, security agencies are yet to issue an official statement on the incident.


Family members, church leaders and concerned residents have expressed deep concern over his safety, urging security operatives to intensify efforts to secure his immediate rescue.


They also appealed to members of the public to volunteer any information that could assist authorities in tracking down the perpetrators and locating the victim.


More details are expected as investigations continue.
