 Chris Brown Avoids Jail After London Nightclub Attack, Gets 8-Month Suspended Sentence Chris Brown will not be going to prison for now after a London court sentenced him over a nightclub attack that left music producer Abraham Diaw injured. The American singer, 37, was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Monday, October 26, receiving eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months. His co-defendant, rapper HoodyBaby, whose real name is Omololu Akinlolu, 40, received a four-month suspended sentence, also for 12 months. Both were ordered to pay £1,500 in costs. The case dates back to February 19, 2023 at Tape nightclub in Mayfair, London, where Brown admitted attacking Diaw with a tequila bottle. CCTV footage showed the producer being struck twice on the head, hit on the shoulder, chased, pushed to the floor and kicked while down. AUTHORITIES IN THE FLORIDA WERE CALLED TO BREAK UP A DRUNKEN DAYTIME "MENAGE A TRIOS" IN A WINN-DIXIE PARKING LOT.(PHOTO).

 Only in Florida - Authorities in the Florida Keys were called to break up a drunken daytime "menage a trios"  in a Winn-Dixie parking lot.


The Monroe County Sheriff's Office responded to a Winn-Dixie parking lot at approximately 12:01 p.m. on Sunday, November 30th. 


What they discovered will be burned into the deputies' minds long after they made their arrests.


When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered 45-year-old Sharon Czaplinsky engaged in a thorough menage a trois with 43-year-old Marshall Lowery and 59-year-old Michael Howard. All three were heavily intoxicated.  


Authorities report that this was the second time Czaplinsky has been arrested for similar conduct in the last three months . All three-some were arrested on the scene. 


Sharon Helen Czaplinsky, of Marathon, has been accused of unlawful exposure of private organs, disorderly intoxication, and resisting without violence.


Marshall Adam Lowery, 43, of Key Largo, has been accused of committing unnatural and lascivious acts and disorderly intoxication.


Michael McDonald Howard, 59, of Marathon, has been accused of unlawful exposure of private organs and disorderly intoxication.
