 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . AUTHORITIES IN THE FLORIDA WERE CALLED TO BREAK UP A DRUNKEN DAYTIME "MENAGE A TRIOS" IN A WINN-DIXIE PARKING LOT.(PHOTO).

 Only in Florida - Authorities in the Florida Keys were called to break up a drunken daytime "menage a trios"  in a Winn-Dixie parking lot.


The Monroe County Sheriff's Office responded to a Winn-Dixie parking lot at approximately 12:01 p.m. on Sunday, November 30th. 


What they discovered will be burned into the deputies' minds long after they made their arrests.


When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered 45-year-old Sharon Czaplinsky engaged in a thorough menage a trois with 43-year-old Marshall Lowery and 59-year-old Michael Howard. All three were heavily intoxicated.  


Authorities report that this was the second time Czaplinsky has been arrested for similar conduct in the last three months . All three-some were arrested on the scene. 


Sharon Helen Czaplinsky, of Marathon, has been accused of unlawful exposure of private organs, disorderly intoxication, and resisting without violence.


Marshall Adam Lowery, 43, of Key Largo, has been accused of committing unnatural and lascivious acts and disorderly intoxication.


Michael McDonald Howard, 59, of Marathon, has been accused of unlawful exposure of private organs and disorderly intoxication.
