 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Brigitte Bardot to be laid to rest by the sea in Saint-Tropez 

 French film legend Brigitte Bardot, who passed away Sunday at the age of 91, will be laid to rest in a seaside cemetery in Saint-Tropez, local authorities confirmed Monday, though no date has been announced.

Bardot, an enduring symbol of 1950s and 60s France, spent much of her later life in Saint-Tropez, devoting herself to animal welfare and finding comfort among her pets. Longtime resident Philippe Volmier, who knew her for three decades, recalled seeing her walking her dogs on the beach and described her as a kind and generous friend. President Emmanuel Macron praised Bardot as a figure of freedom and universal influence, calling her “a legend of the century.” Despite having expressed a wish to be buried in her garden, officials noted that no request for a private burial had been submitted.
