 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Former Los Angeles Laker and NBA champion Elden Campbell dies at 57

Elden Campbell, a former Los Angeles Lakers center and key player during the 1990s, has died at the age of 57. The cause of death has not been disclosed.

Standing 6-foot-11, Campbell spent 15 seasons in the NBA, with the majority of his career in Los Angeles after being drafted by the Lakers in the first round of the 1990 draft. During his time in L.A., he played alongside legends Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant and became a dependable contributor, averaging nearly 15 points per game in the 1996-97 season.

Campbell was traded to the Charlotte Hornets in 1999, where he continued to put up strong numbers. Later in his career, he won an NBA championship with the Detroit Pistons in 2004, ironically defeating his former team, the Lakers, in the Finals. He also played for the New Orleans Hornets, Seattle SuperSonics, and New Jersey Nets before retiring from professional basketball.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
