 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.  It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Mickey Lee, a beloved contestant from Big Brother Season 27 (US, 2025).

 Her family announced her peaceful passing on December 25, 2025.Mickey, an event curator from Jacksonville, Florida, and based in Atlanta, Georgia, was a standout houseguest known for her vibrant personality, bold gameplay, and genuine spirit. She quickly became a fan favorite, winning powers like the HoH Interrogator and serving as Head of Household. She was evicted after 59 days, placing 10th (the last pre-jury position).


Her family described her as someone who "captured the hearts of audiences nationwide" and left a lasting impression through her strength and joy. They have asked for privacy during this difficult time and will share details about memorial services when ready.

Many from the Big Brother community, including castmates like Rachel Reilly, Jimmy Heagerty, and others, have shared heartfelt tributes, remembering her warmth and unforgettable presence.

Our thoughts are with Mickey's family, friends, and fans during this time of loss.
