 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Murder Incident Under Investigation at Sibasa Taxi Rank


 A murder incident is being investigated at Sibasa, near the taxi rank, which occurred around 02:00 on Sunday, 28 December 2025.


 The body of an unknown African male, estimated to be about 40 years old, was found lying next to the road.


 The victim had stab wounds on the upper body, allegedly inflicted with a sharp object. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) attended the scene and certified the victim dead.


 Police have opened a murder case for further investigation. The deceased was dark in complexion, wearing a red top, blue jeans, and black boots.


 The identity of the deceased is unknown, and circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Sergeant Nekhavhambe Rembuluwani at 071 511 1213.
