 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

ON DECEMBER 26, 2025, ASPIRING ACTOR MARIO RODRIGUEZ FILED A CIVIL LAWSUIT IN LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT AGAINST FILMMAKER TYLER PERRY, ALLEGING SEXUAL ASSAULT, SEXUAL BATTERY, AND INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS FROM INCIDENTS SAID TO HAVE OCCURRED BETWEEN 2015 AND 2019.(PHOTO).

 On December 26, 2025, aspiring actor Mario Rodriguez filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against filmmaker Tyler Perry, alleging sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress from incidents said to have occurred between 2015 and 2019.


Rodriguez, who appeared in a minor role in Perry's 2016 film Boo! A Madea Halloween, claims the alleged events took place at Perry's Los Angeles residence and involved promises of career advancement. The lawsuit also names Lionsgate as a defendant and seeks at least $77 million in damages.


The filing follows a similar lawsuit earlier in 2025 by actor Derek Dixon, who made related allegations against Perry. Both cases are represented by the same attorney.Perry has denied all allegations through his representative, describing the claims as unfounded. The matters are ongoing in court.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
