 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 POLICE NAB 2 OVER ATTACK ON RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN EMOHUA


1st December, 2025 


Two suspects have been arrested by the Anti-Cultism Unit of the Nigerian Police in Emohua following the recent attack on Rivers State University (RSU) students living off campus.


Emohua Local Government Chairman, Sir Chidi Lloyd, visited the unit to inspect the suspects and praised security operatives for their swift response.


The suspects remain in custody and are expected to be charged to court tomorrow as investigations move forward.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
