 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 Rivers Head of Service Praises Gov. Fubara for Approving Christmas Bonus for Workers and Pensioners


The Head of Service, Rivers State, Dr. (Mrs.) Inyingi  Brown on behalf of the workforce and pensioners, formally thanks His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, for approving and paying a Christmas bonus of ₦100,000.00 to all Rivers State Government employees and pensioners.


The gesture underscores the Governor’s unmatched benevolence, people-centred leadership, and humane disposition toward workers and senior citizens. Coming amid prevailing economic realities, the timely intervention will ease financial pressures and enhance the wellbeing of beneficiaries during the festive season. The workforce and pensioners express renewed morale and reaffirm their commitment to supporting the Governor’s development-driven agenda for Rivers State.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
