 PRESS RELEASE OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS MASS ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AT FGGC MONGUNO Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with personnel of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL), successfully foiled an attempted mass abduction by ISWAP terrorists at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Monguno, at about 0130 hours (1:30 a.m.) on 19 July 2026. The FGGC facility is currently being utilized by the Borno State Government as temporary hostel accommodation for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Monguno. The terrorists reportedly gained access to the facility with the assistance of suspected collaborators in an attempt to abduct students. Alert security personnel immediately engaged the terrorists with coordinated and overwhelming firepower, effectively stalling their advance with Sector 3 Quick Reaction Force (QRF) immediately reinforcing the school. Sarah Paulson receives star on Hollywood Walk of Fame 

Actress Sarah Paulson was honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in recognition of her contributions to television.

The 2,829th star was unveiled Tuesday during a ceremony that included remarks from her partner, Holland Taylor, and fellow actress Amanda Peet. Paulson, a Tony Award winner for her performance in the Broadway production Appropriate, is widely recognized for her work on American Horror Story, where she has appeared across 10 seasons and is set to return for Season 13.

Currently, Paulson stars in All’s Fair alongside Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close, and she is set to play a serial killer in the upcoming anthology series Monster. Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk of Fame, praised Paulson’s impact, noting her star’s placement next to longtime collaborator Ryan Murphy. Murphy, along with Ian Brennan, serves as creator and executive producer for Monster, All’s Fair, and American Horror Story, highlighting their ongoing creative partnership.
