 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. Sarah Paulson receives star on Hollywood Walk of Fame 

Actress Sarah Paulson was honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in recognition of her contributions to television.

The 2,829th star was unveiled Tuesday during a ceremony that included remarks from her partner, Holland Taylor, and fellow actress Amanda Peet. Paulson, a Tony Award winner for her performance in the Broadway production Appropriate, is widely recognized for her work on American Horror Story, where she has appeared across 10 seasons and is set to return for Season 13.

Currently, Paulson stars in All’s Fair alongside Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close, and she is set to play a serial killer in the upcoming anthology series Monster. Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk of Fame, praised Paulson’s impact, noting her star’s placement next to longtime collaborator Ryan Murphy. Murphy, along with Ian Brennan, serves as creator and executive producer for Monster, All’s Fair, and American Horror Story, highlighting their ongoing creative partnership.
