 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. SECOND SUSPECT ARRESTED IN TOLWE FARM MURDER AND ROBBERY CASE. (PHOTO).

 Second Suspect Arrested in Tolwe Farm Murder and Robbery Case


• A 30-year-old suspect was arrested in the early hours of Thursday, 04 December 2025 at Shongoane 01, Lephalale.


• The arrest is linked to the murder and robbery incident that occurred at a farm in Tolwe policing area.

 

• This comes days after the first suspect was arrested on Tuesday, 02 December 2025.


• The arrests followed a coordinated operation by the Provincial Murder and Robbery Unit, Tolwe and Mokopane Detectives, Bosbeld Misdaad Ondersoeke, and Bosveld Plaasbeveiliging Security Companies.


• During the incident, 77-year-old Mr. Attie Mahne was found tied up and unconscious in his farmhouse and was declared dead at the scene by EMS.


• Police recovered a firearm believed to be stolen.


• The second suspect will appear before Senwabarwana Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 05 December 2025.


• The first suspect, Hendrick Chimule, appeared at Tolwe periodical court and his case was postponed to 29 January 2026; he remains in custody.


• Police investigations are ongoing.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
