 Chris Brown Avoids Jail After London Nightclub Attack, Gets 8-Month Suspended Sentence Chris Brown will not be going to prison for now after a London court sentenced him over a nightclub attack that left music producer Abraham Diaw injured. The American singer, 37, was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Monday, October 26, receiving eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months. His co-defendant, rapper HoodyBaby, whose real name is Omololu Akinlolu, 40, received a four-month suspended sentence, also for 12 months. Both were ordered to pay £1,500 in costs. The case dates back to February 19, 2023 at Tape nightclub in Mayfair, London, where Brown admitted attacking Diaw with a tequila bottle. CCTV footage showed the producer being struck twice on the head, hit on the shoulder, chased, pushed to the floor and kicked while down. Shock as 14-year-old boy allegedly takes the life of woman who raised him after she revealed she wasn’t his biological mother


A disturbing incident has left residents of Iju Ishaga in shock after a 14-year-old boy, identified as Emma Chris Okogbe, reportedly confessed to taking the life of the woman who raised him from infancy.


During questioning, the teenager explained that he recently returned from school in Delta State when a friend claimed the woman who raised him was not his real mother. The woman—who had trained him since he was a year old—reportedly confronted the boy spreading the rumour, who offered no concrete answers about his claims.


According to the boy, he later asked his guardian again, and she eventually confirmed she wasn’t his biological mother and told him he could look for his real parents when he was ready.


Investigators say the boy grew upset over the revelation, days later, he pushed her off the stairs and she was later confirmed dead and taken to the mortuary.


Despite raising him, sponsoring his education, and caring for him for years, the teenager admitted he acted out of anger over the discovery.


When asked what he expects from the government, he said he “doesn’t know” with no remorse on his face.
