Ukraine holds on to final eastern strongholds as Russia pushes to capture Donbas

Many have already been displaced multiple times due to the conflict and remain skeptical of any Russian promises, fearing continued attacks if Ukraine relinquishes territory. The determination of civilians and soldiers alike underscores the high stakes as Russia presses its campaign in eastern Ukraine.
