 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  Young man who accused Senator Ned Nwoko of plotting to harm Regina Daniels breaks down in new video, says it was “just content”


The young TikTok user who went viral after accusing Senator Ned Nwoko of allegedly asking him to k*ll Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has now released a tearful apology, claiming the entire allegation was “just content.”


In the  video, the young man—who identifies himself as “Liar of TikTok”—went on his knees begging the senator for forgiveness, insisting he never expected the situation to escalate.


According to him, the original full video wasn’t posted, and the edited clip circulating online has now put him in serious trouble.


He repeatedly begged:


“Good morning sir, I am very, very sorry. Please forgive me. It was content. I didn’t know it would reach this level… I have nobody. No father, no mother. Please sir, I’m begging you with the God you serve. Forgive me.”
