 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. A KENTUCKY MOTHER OF THREE LOST HER LIFE IN A HEAD-ON COLLISION AFTER AN 81-YEAR-OLD DRIVER CROSSED THE CENTER LANE.(PHOTO).

 A Kentucky mother of three lost her life in a head-on collision after an 81-year-old driver crossed the center lane.


35-year-old Brandy Nash was on her way to visit her mother on the morning of Wednesday, January 14th.


With her husband driving and two of her 3 children in tow, the family were making their way down Taft Highway near Dry Ridge, Kentucky, when the tragedy struck. 


At approximately 11 a.m., a car being driven by an unidentified 81-year-old woman crossed the center line. 


The ensuing crash was catastrophic.  Brandy Nash was in the passenger seat of the family's vehicle. She was pronounced deceased on the scene.  


The 81-year-old woman was also pronounced deceased on scene. 


Brandy's husband was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-life threatening  injuries.


Both children were also rushed to the hospital.  One child suffered significant injuries and was forced to undergo surgery. The second child was treated for minor injuries and was released. 


The crash remains under investigation.
