 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ALLEGATION ROCKS SOCIAL MEDIA IN BENUE AS MAN FINGERED IN LOVER'S ASSAULT

A wave of public concern has followed a social media post alleging domestic violence against a man identified as Mr. Suega Adega.


The allegation, brought to light by social commentator D’naked Elder Sughnen Yaaya, claims that Mr. Adega physically assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic altercation. The woman, who reportedly described him as her “lovely boyfriend and husband-to-be,” was said to have reported the incident to the police.


According to the post, the victim reached out for help after the alleged assault. However, efforts to contact Mr. Adega were unsuccessful, as several phone calls reportedly went unanswered.


Reacting to the development, the commentator stated that he has maintained a policy of staying out of romantic disputes since 2021, stressing that such matters should be handled strictly by law enforcement agencies, especially as a formal complaint had already been filed.


As of press time, Mr. Adega had not responded to the allegation, while the police were yet to issue an official statement on the matter.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
