 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. Hypeman MC Fish fires back at critics, defends his career and marriage to actress Anita Joseph 

Anita Joseph’s ex-husband and hypeman, MC Fish, has reacted strongly to comments and narratives trailing his crashed marriage to the actress.

Without mentioning her name directly, MC Fish addressed claims that he lived off his ex-wife and did not contribute financially during their marriage. He insisted he has worked as an MC and hypeman for over 15 years and fully earns his money.

According to him, anyone saying he depended on his former wife is “very stupid,” stressing that their marriage lasted five years and daring anyone to claim she single-handedly carried the financial burden during that time.

He also pushed back against the way hypemen are often looked down on, calling out people who insult the profession online but still hire hypemen and pay them well for parties and events.

MC Fish further claimed he supported his ex-wife’s growth, saying he helped her set up businesses, worked on her monetisation across social media platforms, and even handled roles as her manager, PR, and protocol handler at some point.

Addressing those attacking him online, he warned that if lies continue, he would respond with names and details, adding that he has deliberately stayed silent because of how busy he was through December.
