 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Michael 5000 Watts, Houston hip-hop legend, dies at 52


   Michael “5000” Watts, a pioneering figure in Houston’s hip-hop scene and the founder of Swishahouse Records, died Friday at the age of 52. He passed away at Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands.

Watts was widely recognized for shaping Southern hip-hop, expanding Houston’s chopped and screwed sound, and turning mixtape culture into a global phenomenon. Swishahouse co-founder OG-Ron C called Watts a founder, visionary, and “cultural architect,” expressing profound sorrow at his passing. Through his label, Watts introduced and elevated countless artists, DJs, and producers, creating a platform for voices that would define a generation of music. Beyond his contributions to the industry, he is remembered as a mentor and cultural curator whose impact extended to fashion, language, business, and the broader identity of Southern hip-hop, solidifying Houston’s place in American music history.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
