 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. OBI CUBANA LAUDS SOUTHEAST GOVERNORS FOR ENSURING THE SAFETY OF NDIGBO THAT TRAVELLED HOME DURING THE FESTIVE SEASON . (PHOTO).

 Igbo Billionaire, Obi Cubana lauds southeast Governors for ensuring the safety of Ndigbo that travelled home during the festive season 


Sharing a video of himself and his friends at the home of Zenco in Ukpor, Anambra State, The Igbo businessman, Obi Cubana, revealed that him and his friends got to Zenco's house by 11pm at night and left around after 3am, he maintained that gives much credence to the fact that security has really improved in Southeast , noting that Ukpor was once a zone that one one dares enter by that time no matter how equipped you are


Obi Cubana admired the house his friend Zenco built in his hometown Ukpor and maintained that of security measures is sustained, Southeast will be heaven on earth by next year Christmas 


"Now, see the country home Zenco is finishing in his village!.Sitting on over 100 plots of land, it's one of one!!!.The house, abi resort, is a full documentary for another.I'm sure if this security measure is sustained, ala Igbo will be heaven on earth by next Xmas!!"


Obi Cubana also asserted that Ndigbo are not asking too much from their leaders, only for them to provide good roads and security


 "You see, we aren't even asking for much!

Just roads and security, the rest we can handle!!Moving round the south east this season has really gladdened my heart!

You could see light, i mean "ife" everywhere"


He also praised Ndigbo who have erected beautiful edifice in their hometown and expressed his optimism that more mansions are going to spring up in alaigbo this year.


"The mansions are way too numerous to count and showcase. And I'm sure a whole lot more will spring up this year all over ala Igbo!

He pleaded to all ndigbo to ensure that this security experienced during this festive season which made it possible for Ndigbo to return in mass, to be made permanent

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
