 Zango Kataf, Jaba PDP Committees Hold Reconciliation Meeting Ahead Of 2027 Elections The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Working Committees in Zango Kataf and Jaba Local Government Areas have held a strategic reconciliation meeting aimed at strengthening party unity and positioning the party for success in the 2027 general elections. The meeting, held on Friday, July 31, 2026, in Jaba Local Government Area, was jointly chaired by the PDP Chairmen of Jaba and Zango Kataf LGAs, Sabastine David Bijiri and Martins Markus Koyah. It brought together party executives, stakeholders, ward officials, elders, youth and women leaders, as well as members from both local government areas. Speaking at the meeting, the Zango Kataf PDP Chairman commended party leaders and members for supporting the zoning of the party’s House of Representatives ticket to Zango Kataf Local Government Area.  Anambra Billionaire, Obi Cubana Receives new Chieftaincy Title in Enugu-Ukwu as "Ife Igbo Ji Ka Mba” of Igbo land


Renowned Nigerian billionaire, entrepreneur, and socialite Obinna Iyiegbu, also known as Obi Cubana has been honoured with new prestigious chieftaincy title “Ife Igbo Ji Ka Mba” in Igbo land.


The title was conferred on the business mogul on Saturday, 3 January 2026, during a colourful traditional ceremony attended by royal fathers, community leaders, and dignitaries from across the region. The event celebrated Igbo culture, heritage, and leadership.


Sharing moments from the ceremony on his official Instagram page, Obi Cubana expressed deep gratitude to the traditional rulers and the entire community for the honour bestowed upon him. He described the recognition as humbling and symbolic, noting that it comes with a greater sense of responsibility to serve and uplift his people.


According to him, the chieftaincy title reflects his commitment to promoting Igbo values, unity, and development. He also appreciated his family, friends, and supporters for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
