 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. RENOVATIONS ARE UNDERWAY AT MARSH FARM ON THE SANDRINGHAM ESTATE, REPORTEDLY PRINCE ANDREW'S NEXT RESIDENCE FOLLOWING HIS DEPARTURE FROM ROYAL LODGE IN WINDSOR.(PHOTO).

 Renovations are underway at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, reportedly Prince Andrew's next residence following his departure from Royal Lodge in Windsor.

 Workers have been spotted at the property installing updates and making improvements to prepare the home, which previously belonged to a tenant farmer and has been unoccupied for years. At least six workers were seen on site working both inside and outside the building despite winter weather conditions.


Prince Andrew gave 12 months' notice in October 2025 that he would surrender his lease on Royal Lodge, the 30-room property he has shared with Sarah Ferguson since 2004. A removal truck was spotted at Royal Lodge on January 14, and the couple must vacate by January 25, 2026. The move represents a significant downgrade from the 98-acre Royal Lodge estate, which includes a swimming pool, chapel, and multiple cottages.


Marsh Farm is located a few miles from Sandringham House, one of King Charles' private royal residences. The property features a main house with a gravel driveway, outbuildings, and a gated fence. According to reports, Sarah Ferguson will not be joining Andrew at Marsh Farm and is instead ready to pursue her own path. Any future accommodation arrangements will be privately funded by King Charles.
