 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. RENOVATIONS ARE UNDERWAY AT MARSH FARM ON THE SANDRINGHAM ESTATE, REPORTEDLY PRINCE ANDREW'S NEXT RESIDENCE FOLLOWING HIS DEPARTURE FROM ROYAL LODGE IN WINDSOR.(PHOTO).

 Renovations are underway at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, reportedly Prince Andrew's next residence following his departure from Royal Lodge in Windsor.

 Workers have been spotted at the property installing updates and making improvements to prepare the home, which previously belonged to a tenant farmer and has been unoccupied for years. At least six workers were seen on site working both inside and outside the building despite winter weather conditions.


Prince Andrew gave 12 months' notice in October 2025 that he would surrender his lease on Royal Lodge, the 30-room property he has shared with Sarah Ferguson since 2004. A removal truck was spotted at Royal Lodge on January 14, and the couple must vacate by January 25, 2026. The move represents a significant downgrade from the 98-acre Royal Lodge estate, which includes a swimming pool, chapel, and multiple cottages.


Marsh Farm is located a few miles from Sandringham House, one of King Charles' private royal residences. The property features a main house with a gravel driveway, outbuildings, and a gated fence. According to reports, Sarah Ferguson will not be joining Andrew at Marsh Farm and is instead ready to pursue her own path. Any future accommodation arrangements will be privately funded by King Charles.
