Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. SESAME STREET LAUNCHES ITS LARGEST DIGITAL LIBRARY ON YOUTUBE . (PHOTO).

Sesame Street launches its largest digital library on YouTube

The largest digital library of “Sesame Street” is now available on YouTube, offering over 100 full episodes for free. Viewers can explore both classic favorites and recent season adventures across the Sesame Street and Sesame Street Classics channels. The show’s official social media accounts welcomed longtime fans and new viewers alike, inviting everyone to “our neighborhood on YouTube.”

The expanded partnership between YouTube and Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit behind the iconic children’s series, was announced in September. The move followed Netflix’s announcement that it would begin streaming the show after Warner Bros. Discovery chose not to renew its contract for new episodes. YouTube CEO Neal Mohan said the release brings “sunny days” to viewers. In addition to classic episodes, new content created specifically for YouTube will also be featured. Over the past year, Sesame Street’s YouTube channels have accumulated more than 5 billion views, a 130% increase from the previous year, with over half of watch time coming from connected TVs.

The library highlights some of the show’s most memorable moments, including the first episode from 1969, Big Bird revealing that Snuffleupagus is real, Fred Rogers visiting Sesame Street, Maria and Luis’s engagement, and the emotional tribute “Goodbye Mr. Hooper.” While the YouTube library offers hundreds of hours of content, around 90 additional hours remain exclusive to Netflix, including Season 56, which premiered in November. “Sesame Street” first aired on November 10, 1969, featuring Jim Henson’s Muppets, and has become one of the longest-running shows in U.S. television history, reaching nearly half of all preschool-age children.
