During Monday’s episode of the Today show, Rebecca, 60, revealed that she has been living with Parkinson’s since receiving her diagnosis in 2015, though the first warning signs appeared years earlier. Looking back, she said it all began around 2012 with a slight numbness in her left foot.  TARABA COUNCILLOR KILLED IN TIV-FULANI CLASH 




Hon. Shagari Bankaki, the serving Councillor of AKate Ward in Donga Local Government Area, Taraba State, has been shot dead amid a deadly clash between Tiv and Fulani communities.


The incident reportedly occurred during heightened tensions in the area, leaving residents in fear and panic.


 Sources said the councillor was caught in the violence and did not survive the attack.


Security agencies are yet to release an official statement on the killing, while residents are appealing for urgent intervention to prevent further escalation.


The tragic death of Hon. Bankaki has deepened worries over communal conflicts in Donga LGA and the need for immediate peace measures.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
