 Burt Reynolds told Sandy Duncan he 'wanted to kill' her at height of 'Barney' fame, she says Sandy Duncan, whose career spans seven decades with Emmy, Tony, and Golden Globe nominations, is still remembered by many for her brief role in Barney & the Backyard Gang.  In 1988, during a Hollywood writers’ strike, Duncan accepted the part of “Mom” in the direct‑to‑video children’s series about a purple dinosaur.  Though she had already built a reputation in family entertainment with Peter Pan, Pinocchio, and voice work for Scooby‑Doo and The Fox and the Hound, she admitted later that she was surprised by the project’s simplicity and returned to her regular work after filming three episodes.  17-YEAR-OLD SEMINARY STUDENT DECLARED MISSING IN BENUE 


8th February, 2026    


A 17-year-old final-year student of St. James Junior Seminary, Yandev, Asen Amos Aondosoo, has been declared missing after leaving his family residence on January 15, 2026.


Benue Info-pedia gathered that the teenager left home for an unknown destination and has not been seen since. His disappearance has raised concerns among family members and the seminary.


Efforts to locate the student have so far proved abortive, prompting his family to appeal to the public for assistance.


Anyone with useful information that could lead to his whereabouts is urged to contact his father, Mr. Asen Ngutor Felix, on 0907 087 7464 or 0704 034 0700.


The family has also appealed to Nigerians to help circulate the information widely to support ongoing efforts to find the missing student.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
